Please be assured that the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, families and friends is our primary concern. We are and will continue to deploy all best practices to specifically monitor and manage the health and business implications of the Coronavirus situation.
Our infrastructure already enables home working for all our staff. We are minimising physical meetings and instead deploying video conferencing. Where our engineers are required to visit site, in addition to the recommended handwashing routines, we have equipped our staff with one-use disposable gloves. These are to be worn from arrival on site and disposed of on departure, and are intended to protect our staff and clients alike. Where possible, service calls will be resolved by remote monitoring, we also offer telephone support.
Typhoon House are a service company and we are here to help you in any way we can. We are using all possible methods to ensure the continuity of your products and services, as well as our own.Our warehouse is well stocked as we carry over 3,000 product lines. We are using all best endeavours to keep our high moving items available at all times and we are continually monitoring the situation. Fortunately, so far there is no major disruption to our supply chain, but we will keep you updated should anything become an issue. We would be grateful if you could check your stock levels and place any orders as promptly as possible, this will enable us to help each other.
When any of our staff visit your premises, they will take all necessary precautions and follow any
protocols that you have in place.
